There really no way, esp since screen res is at least 1/2 of print res at the same visual size. You can get away with some enlargement though.

You can adjust Photoshop scaling preferences, then try some odd blur filters, or convert the thing to vector format and scale that. One trick is to make a copy of your layer and run Find Edges filter, then use that as a blur mask so you don't blur everything out. I haven't checked out the fancier fractal-based scaling filters lately though. Try before you buy.

Thumbnails won't ever look good sized-up big unless you go for a Dali look or some kind of designy look. But I'm not a print expert!
